Town of Wellesley Employment Application
The Town of Wellesley employment application form is available in two formats:
· As an interactive Adobe PDF document that you may complete on line and submit directly to the Human Resources Department via e-mail. To use this version you must have release 7.0 or higher of the Adobe Reader software installed on your computer, and you need to have a PC running Windows. If you are using a Mac, you will need to use the non-interactive application form.

The interactive application form allows you to fill in the information requested. These fields can be highlighted by clicking the “Highlight Fields” button at the top of the form. Please save the completed form and attach the document to the email address specified in the posting. You may also attach a resume and cover letter as part of your e-mail submission if you choose. You may also print a copy of the form to submit by fax or regular mail, and for your own records, by clicking the “Print Form” button.
· As an Adobe PDF document that you complete after printing out the form and then submit by fax or regular mail. This version may be used with older releases of Adobe reader, if you already have one installed on your computer and do not choose to install the latest version.
