WEB CONTENT EDITOR
PART TIME (5 hours/ week)
The Wellesley Free Library is looking for a part-time web content editor. This position is responsible for updating and creating new electronic content for the Library websites, newsletters and programs. Duties include keeping website information current, editing pages to reflect the internet audience and writing new copy. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating and editing e-newsletters and other electronic content. Ability to work independently and as a team member is a must. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, web writing experience and a working knowledge of Content Management Systems. Familiarity with library services a plus. ** FULL TIME PARKS MAINTENANCE WORKER **
The Wellesley Department of Public Works, Park and Tree Division, is currently seeking a Parks Maintenance Worker. Job duties include constructing, maintaining and repairing public properties and facilities, manually digging and backfilling excavations and handling heavy materials on maintenance and construction projects using manual lifting techniques and power equipment. Other duties include semi-skilled building and construction work, landscape and athletic field maintenance and manual labor as needed.
The successful candidate will be able to perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment and can understand and follow oral and written instructions. Participation in the Town's snow and ice control program and availability for stand-by, emergency and weekend duties as needed is required. One to three years' experience in maintaining athletic fields, park land and/or other types of grounds work and possession of a valid Massachusetts Department of Safety Hoisting Engineer's License Classes 1C, 2C and 4G are preferred. The hourly range for the position is $15.36-$19.90/hour. Excellent benefits package available.

We are seeking dependable individuals to assure the safety of school children crossing the streets as they go to and from school. Interested individuals need not be Wellesley residents. The morning shift is from 7:55 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. and the afternoon shift is generally from 3:05 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. On Wednesdays, the afternoon shift is from 12:05 p.m. to 12:35 p.m. Salary is $13.87/hour plus a $5.00 stipend for each shift.
