MASSAGE THERAPY CHANGES
As of December 28, 2007 the Wellesley Board of Health and the Wellesley Health Department will no longer be issuing massage permits to individuals or establishments. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure has appointed a Board of Registration of Massage Therapy. This board has assumed responsibility for overseeing inspection, enforcement and permitting.
