MEETING MINUTES
November 24, 2009, 9:00 AM
Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Hall



Attending:      Neal Seaborn, Chair, Heidi Gross, Secretary,  Richard Bashian  (leaving at 9:45 AM),
                        Joan Gaughan, Janet Hartke Bowser, NRC Director.

Absent: Paul Cramer, Vice Chair.
                       
Guests: Christopher Greene, Senior Associate, Halvorson Design Partnership and NRC Consultant on the Fuller Brook Park Preservation Master Plan.



Public Voice

No one attending the meeting spoke at Public Voice.


Review and Discussion RE: Fuller Brook Park Preservation Master Plan Presentation

Mr. Greene presented his Power Point Presentation to be delivered to the Advisory Committee, the Community Preservation Committee, and the Historical Commission on December 2, 2009. There was extensive discussion between the NRC Members and Mr. Greene regarding the various elements and components of the presentation as well as strategy for securing capital funding for the project.  Ms. Bowser reviewed the timeline for moving forward on the project and stated that the next meeting is the NRC’s presentation on the project to Advisory, the Community Preservation Committee, and the Historical Commission on December 2nd.  Ms. Bowser will keep the NRC updated on the status of the project and any change in the timeline.


Adjournment

After a motion was made and seconded, the NRC voted 3– 0 to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 11:30 AM.
