Attending: Neal Seaborn, Chair, Heidi Gross, Secretary, Joan Gaughan,
Janet Hartke Bowser, NRC Director.
Absent: Richard Bashian, Paul Cramer, Vice Chair.
Guests: Christopher Greene, Senior Associate, Halvorson Design Partnership and NRC Consultant on the Fuller Brook Park Preservation Master Plan, Bob White, Trails Committee Chair.

No one attending the meeting spoke at Public Voice.
Presentation on the Fuller Brook Park Preservation Master Plan FY11 Capital Request
Mr. Seaborn introduced Mr. Christopher Greene, who is the NRC Consultant on the Fuller Brook Park Preservation Master Plan. Mr. Greene presented a PowerPoint presentation outlining the Master Plan and the specific recommendations and cost items related to implementing the plan. There was substantial discussion between the NRC and the Advisory Committee, Community Preservation Committee and Historical Commission regarding the plan. The NRC reviewed the timeline for implementation of the plan and answered specific questions regarding the plan.
Review and Discussion RE: NRC FY11 Capital Plan Request and Morses Pond FY11 Capital Plan
Mr. Seaborn, Ms. Gross and Ms. Bowser discussed with the Advisory Committee the NRC’s FY11 and 5-Year Capital Plan Request and Morses Pond FY11 and 5-Year Capital Request. There was extensive discussion regarding the budget request with the Advisory Committee.
Adjournment
After a motion was made and seconded, the NRC voted to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 10:45 PM.
