This is the place to discover resources and tools to make Wellesley residents (and non-residents) 18 and older, employees, as well as the community, a healthier and happier place to live, work or visit. So, what makes this website different from others?
First of all, it’s not just a website, it’s a dynamic and interactive health portal, which means you won’t just view it - you will interact with it, use it to connect with each other, tailor it to your needs and tastes, and more!

How did this web portal come to be? Over the summer, representatives from the Health Department and Newton-Wellesley Hospital met to discuss community health in Wellesley. From those discussions, the opportunity to launch this unique community health and active living website presented itself. Therefore, the Town (working through the Health Department) partnered with Newton-Wellesley Hospital and FiVi Health Networks to offer Wellesley residents and the community this free, useful, easy to use, and interesting healthy living web portal.
We want to emphasize that this is an open dialogue; we want to hear from you and are looking for health ambassadors throughout Wellesley to help us make this a valuable resource for everyone in Town. Please send us your community health information, resources and events. The site will be updated on a regular basis. We are looking forward to putting the Well in Wellesley!
