MINUTES
Present: Mr. Frisardi, Ms. Donahue, Mr. Chan, Mr. McCauley…….Ms. Conlon, Mr. Brown
The Board discussed its presentations to be made under Articles 40, 41, 42, 43, 44. 45, 50 and 52 for the Annual Town Meeting.
Projector, screen and laptop computer were set up and Board members made their presentations followed by a comment session by the other Board members.
The Board also discussed the handouts that should be prepared for distribution to Town Meeting Members. Some suggestions were made for minor edits of the motions. The Board also determined that it would be useful to have "Blackline" of the articles to show the proposed changes in the text of the Zoning Bylaw sections.
10:30 a.m.
The Board was joined by Linda Buffum, Helen Robertson and Janet Geile of the Historical Commission to review and comment on the presentation for Article 58 Neighborhood Conservation District.
