Financial Statements. Joseph A. Bisol summary of October and 2009 Fiscal Year-To-Date financial results. NO BOARD ACTION REQUIRED.
Utility Bill Format. Debra J. Healy to discuss a change to the monthly utility bill based on feedback received from the Green Ribbon Committee. BOARD FEEDBACK REQUESTED.
Time-of-Day Pilot Program. The MLP implemented the Time-of-Day pilot program in November, Suzanne M. Newark to provide an update. NO BOARD ACTION REQUIRED.
Customer Survey Recommendation. The staff has evaluated Opinion Dynamics survey results and have submitted suggested recommendations for the Board’s review. NO BOARD ACTION REQUIRED.
High School Solar Panel. Due solely to the efforts of Debra J. Healy and Francisco A. Frias, the installation of the High School solar panels has been completed. NO BOARD ACTION REQUIRED.
Voluntary Purchase of Renewable Energy. Based on the strong support received from the customer survey the staff recommends establishing an electric rate tariff that provides MLP customers with an opportunity to voluntarily purchase power from renewable resources. BOARD APPROVAL REQUESTED.
Streetlight Rate Comparison. In response to inquiries received regarding the Fiscal Year 2010 (“FY10”) streetlight rate increase the staff prepared a detailed comparison from 1984 – 2010. NO BOARD ACTION REQUIRED.
FY10 MLP Operating Budget. The MLP staff is recommending an Operating Budget of $32,321,096 for FY10; “controllable cost” increases are within Advisory’s Guidelines while “non-controllable” costs increase by 7%. BOARD VOTE REQUIRED.
FY10 Traffic Signal & Fire Alarm (TS&FA) Budget. Request approval of the FY10 TS&FA Operating Budget that is submitted within the guidelines requested by the Town’s Advisory Committee. BOARD VOTE REQUIRED.
