Over the past several years, Wellesley’s Deferred Compensation Plan (administered by ING) has mirrored the difficulties experienced by all financial markets. Heavy losses for almost all of the investment options have continued through last fall. The Town has identified about thirty investment options that were underutilized or had administrative fees that were too high for their levels of return. These options will be eliminateds effective March 1, 2012. In their place will be about twenty five new investment options.
